You are able to select your design style and colors. Since I have a variety of materials on hand, your design will be truly one-of-a-kind based on your selections. There are many variations possible! Some designs are premade so colors cannot be changed and special accents cannot be made.

Please ensure all your customizations are to your liking and that everything is spelled correctly BEFORE placing the order. I will not be able to take any changes once I have received your order.

We are not responsible for anything that is misspelled or made incorrectly if the customizations specifications are not correct.

Due to the handmade nature of my items, some slight imperfections might be present.

These items are all handcrafted, made-to-order with love.

Once you place your order, it will be in the queue for me to make. I will try to get your order shipped within 2-4 weeks. Depending on if we need to be in contact for more customization specifications, it may take longer.

Once it is shipped it is the responsibility of the carrier (USPS) to get your product to you within the timeframe of the shipping speed you selected.

If the tracking number shows delivered but you have not received the item, please check with them.

Local pick-up is available in Houston. Free drop-off delivery to addresses within a 5 mile radius of 77019. There is a $5 delivery charge for addresses further out.

Since all products are fully made-to-order, they are all non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
